This experiment by collecting Nanfei river estuary, Shiwuli river, Tangxi river, Pai river, Xin river, the central of west Chao Lake six undisturbed sediment samples, analysis of sediment phosphorus release. According to monitoring data, by control of the initial phosphorus concentration overlying water in experiment, to estimate the six points of sediment phosphorus release flux. Through the SPAW software explore the phosphorus release equation. The results showed that:(1) The initial phosphorus concentration of overlying water, and sediment total phosphorus content of joint function of sediment phosphorus release. The phosphorus concentration of the sediment interstitial water is different from the initial phosphorus concentration of overlying water. Because of concentration difference sediment begin adsorption or the release of phosphorus. Finally reach a dynamic equilibrium. When sediment total phosphorus is large, the initial phosphorus concentration of overlying water are0,0.05,0.1,0.2, the sediment showing the release of phosphorus status. When sediment total phosphorus is small, the initial phosphorus concentration of overlying water are0,0.05, the sediment showing the release of phosphorus status. When the initial phosphorus concentration of overlying water are0.1,0.2, Sediment showing the adsorption of phosphorus status. When the initial phosphorus concentration of overlying water is same, the sediment phosphorus release increased with increasing sediment total phosphorus content. The release of phosphorus in the sediment is combined effect by the initial phosphorus concentration of overlying water and total phosphorus in the sediment.(2) The phosphorus release in the six locations of the western half of Chao Lake is different. In the summer, the Nanfei river estuary released Phosphorus per square kilometer is1.38t, the Shiwuli river estuary released Phosphorus per square kilometer is0.64t, the Tangxi river estuary released Phosphorus per square kilometer is0.27t, the Pai river estuary released Phosphorus per square kilometer is0.17t, the Xin river estuary released Phosphorus per square kilometer is-4.4X10-3t, the he central of west Chao Lake released Phosphorus per square kilometer is-8.4×10-2t. Through this experiment fluxes the release of sediment phosphorus, we can see the release of endogenous phosphorus is fairly large. When exogenous phosphorus effective control, effective control of sediment phosphorus release is the key to solve the eutrophication.(3) This experiment discuss the equation of phosphorus release from sediment. We use SPAW software to deal with the data. Come to the equation y=-14.121x1+0.036x2-12.574, y represents the phosphorus emission per unit area, x1on behalf of the initial phosphorus concentration of the overlying water, X2represents the sediment total phosphorus content. From the equation we can see the phosphorus release per unit area is inversely proportional to the initial concentration of the overlying water and is proportional to the sediment total phosphorus content. This equation is a large gap between the original experiment data, only as a reference, but it is a bold summary, is a feasibility study about the equation of phosphorus release.
