Biological phosphorus removal is PAOs release phosphorus under anaerobic conditions and have an excess absorption of phosphate under aerobic condition in order to compose poly-phosphate particle with the desired growth and reproduction to produce its own storage cells, then exclud activated sludge with rich phosphorus, phosphate removal from the water up to objective. However, the relationship between anaerobic phosphorus release and aerobic phosphorus uptake as well as environmental factors on these two processes is not entirely clear. This paper adopts A/O reactor, different pH,temperature and C/P,anaerobic time and phosphate concentration effects of phosphorus release in anaerobic and aerobic phosphorus, relationship and phosphate of cations,PHB,glycogen and biological phosphorus removal process of energy material removal mechanism was explored, aiming to reveal the environmental impact of phosphorus bacteria and phosphorus metabolism factors and aerobic excess phosphorus, provide a reference for seeking to improve biological phosphorus removal efficiency measures. The main results drawn from the study are as follows:[1] The phosphorus removal efficiency was better under neutral and low basic condition with the environment temperature around 25±3?.In the range of C/P < 40,with the increase of C/P and the extension of anaerobic time, the anaerobic phosphorus release rate increased, while too much was counter productive. In the case of C/P=40,the system achieves relatively good phosphorus removal status; And the anaerobiclength is set to 2 hours will ensure sufficient phosphorus release and faster phosphorus absorption in aerobic phase;[2]Influent phosphate concentration from 5mg/l to 20mg/l,anaerobic phosphorus release amount increased, but no matter the P-release level, once the water carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus ratio determined, sludge concentration. In the operation cycle under the same conditions, there is no significant correlation between water and phosphorus removal. The effect of phosphate concentration on anaerobic phosphorus release was greater than that of aerobic phosphorus uptake.[3]The trends of PO43--P,Mg2+,Ca2+ and K+ concentration were similar in the system. In the anaerobic reaction stage, there was an upward trend, and the aerobic reaction stage was decreased. It can be seen that cation as the main component of the enzyme and the phosphorus accumulating particles is the indispensable ion for the normal removal of biological phosphorus. The release of magnesium ion has a great change with the operation of A/O system. The increase of phosphorus removal rate is accompanied by an increase in the release of the anaerobic phase of magnesium ions during the typical cycle experiments at different stages, and the Mg and /P values in the anaerobic section are always within a certain range?0.26-0.57?.
