Layer materials have wide application in catalytic, adsorption and conduction, which have gradually become the focus of the research. In this paper, layer materials as the raw material, we study their actions of intercalation, stripping and assembly. Also the X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscope, ultraviolet-visible absorption, fluorescence spectrum and Raman methods are applied to analyze the phase, morphology and performance of the samples.SnS2layer material has a wide research and application in the light, catalytic and lithium ion battery spheres, etc. In this paper, SnS2as the raw material, hydroboron and ethylenediamine as intercalated agent respectively, the SnS2-alkali metal ion and SnS2-ethylenediamine intercalation compounds are prepared by ice-bath stirring and the hydrothemal methods. The intercalated compound NaSnS2can produce negative sol when scattering in ethanol. SnS2-en can be spread to stable sol in N, N-Dimethylformamide, and the TEM images show the obvious layer structure. The sol can be self-assembly well with Polyetherimide (PEI) solution. At the same time, SnS2can be exfoliated in1-Methyl-2-pyrrolidinone solvent by ultraphonic. The transmission electron microscope analysis show that SnS2exists in the form of laminated structure, and the sol can be layer by layer self-assembly with PEI solution. The SnS2/ZnO composite material is prepared from the SnS2sol and zinc oxide quantum dots in the ratio of10:1. The XRD and TEM testing methods show the success preparation of the composite material. Aslo the UV-Vis and FL testing means investigate the light catalytic and fluorescence performance of the composite material. The results show that SnS2/ZnO has a good catalytic effect to methyl orange. At the same time, the composite material has two strong emission spectrums at405nm and471nm when the excitation wavelength is254nm.MoS2layer material has good adsorption, antifriction, photoelectric and catalytic performances. In this paper, MoS2as the raw material, it can be exfoliated in1-Methyl-2-pyrrolidinone solvent by ultraphonic. The transmission electron microscope analysis show that MoS2exists in the sol in the form of laminated structure. MoS2nanofilm-sol as the reaction system, silver nitrate for silver source, the composite material Ag-MoS2is prepared at170℃by oil-bath. X-ray powder diffraction show that the compound is of good crystal; Transmission electron microscope show that silver nanoparticles load on the surface of MoS2nanofilm evenly, and the size of silver particle is about25nm; UV-vis analysis show that Ag-MoS2has wider range and even higher intensity to the light; at the same time Ag-MoS2has excellent catalytic performance to Rhodamine B under ultraviolet light.
