In order to make coal combustion catalyst of perovskite under the different conditions, the impregnation method of taking the flying ash as carrier is used to prepare catalyst,and rare earth and manganese dioxides are used as the active ingredient. And,by XRD,to confirm that rare earth and manganese dioxide load with the type of perovskite on the flying ash; By the SEM experiment,to observe tiny view appearance of the catalyst, and find that the catalyst has a good decentralization of hole, high temperature almost has no impact on it; The thermo-gravitational experiment (TG) is used to investigate that the catalyst has catalysis in the coal combustion, catalyst can influence a few characteristic temperatures in the burning process of the coal, make these temperatures have some degree degrade, the catalyst accelerates the speed of combustion, reduces the time of combustion, so it promotes the efficiency of combustion.According to the results of this thesis, the clean coal of production proceeds the combustion in the producing boiler, the inspective results of pyrology testing and experimental indexes indicated that the thermal of combusting the clean coal boiler is higher than the coal of the same quantity, the thermal efficiency is increasing by more than 12.3%, the carbon quantity contained in the ash is decreasing by 7.5%, having the effective combusting specialty. In the same condition of boiler production, the saving proportion of the coal of combusting the clean coal can reach to 12.2% comparing with combusting the raw coal, possessing the obvious function of saving energy. Layer burning boiler combusting clean coal possesses the obvious function of sulfur-fixation and dropping soot, the efficiency of sulfur-fixation can reach to 64.7%, the soot decreases by 52%, the testing value of Lingeman Blank Degree is smaller than 1, possessing the function of clean combustion.
