NC technique is the key of advanced manufacturing industry. Along with the wide application of NC technique, the requirement on accuracy of part is getting higher and higher. Error Compensation technique is one of the most important part. Thus doing research on it has practical significance.Both home and broad have done some research on CNC error compensation. However, there's still some deficiency on the universal property & usability. This paper improves each section of the compensation system, based on Error Compensation technique of double-frequency laser interferometries, especially comes up with some workable methods on the practical application. The main content is as follows:1. Analysis for position error and error compensation, an overview of the error sources and classification, based on multi-body system theory to build an integrated spatial error model, error description of the three-axis machining center machine tool errors, examples of modeling.2. Research on identification methods of CNC error parameter. The use of geometry and kinematics of multi-body system theoretical derivation of error related to identification equation, using laser interferometry for three-DOF multi-axis machine tool axis displacement errors in the test, the relevant methods of error analysis.3. Study of post-processing and geometric compensation combined compensation technique for using dual-frequency laser interferometer to achieve line of machine tool error detection and compensation for applied research, experimental verification by examples. This paper gives its own opinion concerning the machine center position error,error modeling,and error compensation, especially on the error compensation , it works on the view of theoretic analysis, error modeling,machine precision inspection,error analysis and error compensation etc, to improve every process of compensation systemically.
