It is necessary to further study the handling and stability of multi-axis vehicle.This paper based on a pre-study project that comes from Ding Yuan car testing ground of the General Armament Department and our university. Taking the multi-axis steering tri-axis special vehicles as the research object, using relevant software to build multi-body system model and simulation analysis, and through the real car experimental comparison of the vehicle to evaluation the handling and stability of this vehicle.First, introduce the research situation and evaluation index of vehicle handling stability. Analyzes of steering theory of general vehicle, and then analyzes the steering principle and two degrees of freedom vehicle steering mathematical model of multi-axis steering vehicle. Discuss the current structure of multi-axis steering control and the implementation.Secondly analyzes this special vehicle steering system, suspension, tires and other structural characteristics, and introduced in ADAMS platform of each subsystem modeling method, analyzes the car mechanic multi-axis steering constructions, and established a model of high reliability. Use the vehicle dynamics model, refer to the national standards, the handling and stability simulation experiment in ADAMS were carried on, and obtained parameters obtained the corresponding curve fitting to evaluation the car's performance.Finally, through steady turning vehicle field experiment validate the dynamics simulation model. Through further other field experiments include steering Angle step input test, steering Angle pulse test and snake formation test; from the subjective and objective to evaluation of the vehicle steering stability. |
