This thesis is based on the theory of material mechanics, vibration mechanics, material structure analysis and finite element method, the electromagnetic gun is analysed. In order to study the deformation of electromagnetic gun,at first, the development of electromagnetic gun and the theory are introduced, and the 2-D model of the electromagnetic rail gun is set up to analyse the distribution of electromagnetic forces.According to the distribution, The direct coupling analysis and contact analysis are employed as a sovling strategy to get the deformation and stress distribution of rails when the electromagnetic gun fired projectile on electromagnetic force. Considering the coupling analysis model of the magnetic field,is more closely than without considering the analysis model of the launch, the numerical simulation has important reference value.Then,3-D model is set up and is studied. The thesis researches the model analysis with prestress to obtain the inherent frequengy, and study on prestress to the rail gun.Using the dynamic simulation analysis, obtained the law of displacement and stress.Through calculation,The displacement distribution and stress distribution are got from the results. With the results, the thesis discusses the relationship with deformation and dynamic force.Under dynamic loading, the paper studied on the barrel vibration damping effect. Finally, the projectile which passes through the gun is build. The thesis study the different driving forces which accelerate the projectile. The influence of the driving force is studied. From the analysis, the radial diaplacement of electromagnetic rail gun barrel caused by the electromagnetic force of the vibration barrel. In all,the numerical simulation has important reference value and provides a basis for future research.
