This project focuses on the research of 25t/h Aluminum Casting Shifted Hydraulic Forklift in order to solve the problems existing in Traditional Style-based Manual Forklift. A comprehensive analysis has been accomplished in different aspects, including improvement of stability of the system, optimization of driver mode, life cycle of parts, accuracy of control, and efficiency of the Hydraulic Forklift as whole. The objective of this paper is to satisfy requirements of operation stability, failure reduction, response speed, control accuracy and efficiency improvement, etc.At the beginning of the paper, a diagrammatic layout is designed, according to the required functions of 25t/h Aluminum Casting Shifted Hydraulic Forklift. Then an analysis of kinetics and dynamics is conducted based on the working environment and load condition. In this analysis necessary calculation about key parameters assists key parts chosen.Furthermore, a 3D model is established in Pro/E, and then transferred to ANSYS for a finite elements analysis, in which a static and model analysis is conducted to draw the distribution map of deformation and stress. Based on this finite elements analysis, certain methods are suggested to improve the stability.After that, to research the unstable brake problem, a motion transmission function is arranged based on the mathematic model of Hydraulic system. Besides, a simulation experiment and a dynamics analysis are conducted with MATLAB and SIMULINK. In this process, every kind of real working condition is considered.In the conclusion, two creative designs based on the analysis above are recommended about PLC and position control strategy.Moreover, the study methods and conclusion mentioned in this paper could be also valuable reference for the future research in this field.
