To improve the electrical equipment's power factor can improve the network capacity and utilization, reduce the transmission lines loss of power, which is an important energy-saving techniques. Although the capacity of home appliances is small, which have a huge number in our country, only air conditioning reach over 200 million units, have consume the life electricity more than 20%.Power factor of household air-conditioners now generally only about 0.7, there is a huge energy saving potential, so a power factor correction (PFC) technology to improve the power factor of inverter air conditioner has become an important research direction.At present, the frequency and fixed-frequency air conditioners are used the AC-DC-AC mode power converter, to convert single-phase 220V input to three-phase alternating power driven air conditioning compressor. This thesis used Boost topology circuit constitutes a AC DC converter, achieved the input current follows the input voltage and stability the output DC bus voltage purposes.Summary of commonly used method at home and abroad in low-power PFC control, highlights of the average current control algorithm of the circuit characteristics and operating principle, use inductor current and output voltage as the feedback signal, constitutes a current, voltage, dual-loop control circuit to improve output voltage stability, guaranteed cosφ=1.Obtained through simulation input current close to the sine wave PWM IGBT switch factor. The hardware of experimental platform is used inverter air conditioner compressor drive control circuit board, provided by Bo Ju xing Industrial Co. Ltd.Shenzhen, in the absence of input voltage and inductor current detection circuit conditions, using STM32F103VBH6 microcontroller developed based on the DC bus voltage feedback semi-active and fully active PFC control system. By detecting DC-AC inverter output current size of the region to determine the load, adjust the PWM duty cycle of PFC switch to maintain the basic stability of the DC bus voltage, switch current limit, to achieve frequency conversion air conditioner compressor drive control system in the frequency range operation.Paper combines the Matlab/Simulink and inverter air conditioning system, the simulation and experimental results show that the system is reliable, power factor above 0.99, meet the inverter air conditioner compressor drive control system requirements.
