| Because of the development modern power electronic technology, all kinds ofmodern power electronic devices and nonlinear load is applied to power grid in largenumbers, which makes a lot of harmonic pour into the power grid, leads to thewaveform distortion of current and voltage and influences power quality seriously. Inaddition, many low power factor nonlinear power electronic devices will also reduce thepower quality. Therefore, in order to ensure users power utilization be normal,improving power quality and reducing the influence of the harmonic wave to power gridwill become hot research of the modern power system.Experts put forward kinds ofmethods to reduce the harmonic wave. APFC (Active Power Factor Correction) is oneof the most effective methods that can improve power factor, reduce the harmonicpollution and the loss of line, and save energy. Consequently, the research and design ofthe three-phase APFC based on DSP is of great significance, and this product has abroad market prospect.In this paper,I choose DSP TMS320F28335, the latest product of TI of small sizeand lowest cost,developed a power factor corrector with the main circuit is the Booststep-up circuit and the control circuit uses the mature and developed average currentcontrol method. The main content are as follows:1. First introduces the research results of power factor correction and APFC ofdomestic and foreign, and then introduces the principle of APFC and its various controlprograms, this paper chooses average current control program.Then, introduces thehardware production of APFC, including schematic drawing, the function of manymodulesand devices, the devices parameters and selection, and then complete of theproduction device.2. Use Matlab/Simulink to establish system model and simulate, obtain results toverify the correctness of the principle of APFC in this paper.Then introduces controltheory and algorithms, software processes, software design, experimental testing of thesystem, come to the preliminary results of the testing. According to the requirement ofproject, on the basis of the theoretical analysis and simulation, the main circuit ofsystem and hardware circuit of controller based on DSP aredesigned and theprogrammer code is finished in C language.In the paper, the test data’s of theexperiment are given.the result shows that the instrument adapts the design requirementand it is valuable to project.3. Summarize the text, according to the design goals and the final results,point outthe results of the article,the work has not yet been completed,as well as the researchshortcomings exist.Looking for research topics,point out the future direction of effortsaccording to the inadequacies. |
