In recent years,with booming development Of China's bridge career, CFST arch bridge also appears in a lot of project construction, but there is no special CFST arch bridge design specification., so we only refer to the relevant standards of bridges or regulations in the design and construction of the bridge, this is not a uniform standard, the code of concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge is preparing out. For the research of concrete filled steel tubular structure stress, deformation and stability performance, it is still in its beginning stage, For calculation of concrete-filled steel tube structure, because of the different parameter selection and different calculation method, often leads to that the difference of calculation result is larger.In this paper the main contents is simulation analysis of the concrete pouring process in CFST arch bridge tube, for HuTuoHe super major bridge Arch bridge up in hebei shijiazhuang city as examples, mainly from three aspects which are the stress of structure, linear of structure and stability of structure, Using "MIDAS", make simulated calculation to the calculation process of concrete filled steel tube arch bridge, combined with the measured data, analysis and comparison foe the calculated data, calculation results and the measured data appeared certain deviation.But in a safe limits, in concrete pouring process, put the tube concrete as liquid concrete to treat, without considering concrete's shrinkage properties, concrete is as external load on lord steel arch rib. In addition, the measurement data also affected by temperature, concrete materials and many kinds of external factors, the theory and numerical actual values of Calculation must exist deviation. By using the buckling analysis of computational software, the process of stability coefficient perfusion was calculated, the stability problem of pouring process is an important aspect in simulation analysis.Finally, we complet Shrinkage and creep analysis after steel tube perfusion.
