In recent years,concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge in its excellent mechanical properties and simple construction advantages in China has been rapid development.With the increasing span,the construction problem is more and more prominent,and the arch rib installation and concrete infiltration is the concrete pipe arch bridge construction of the top priority.Therefore,in order to ensure the safety and normal use of similar bridges,it is necessary to study the installation of ribs and concrete pouring in the pipe.1.During the hoisting of arch rib,the installation of arch ribs will have an important influence on the construction process.Therefore,the linear control method of the arch rib is analyzed and evaluated,and the linear control measures are established according to the characteristics of the project.In the hoisting phase,the linear control will be interfered by many factors,and then analyze the influencing factors.Based on the background of Guizhou Xianghuoyan Bridge,this paper discusses the control of the ribs and the concrete infiltration in the pipe,and the main contents and achievements are as follows:1.Through the ANSYS simulation analysis of arch ribs assembled construction process,the study of arch ribs installed linear control method and the arch ribs close the front line adjustment method.The study shows that,in order to make the linear shape of the construction line,the arch ribs are assembled by cantilever,and the linear shape of the empty steel pipe can be approximated by the linear adjustment.2.Through the Midas / Civil two-element method,the concrete construction process is analyzed and analyzed,and the difference between the calculated theoretical value and the construction monitoring value is compared.The results show that the double-element method is used to simulate the concrete filling in the tube,and the concrete pouring scheme in the tube is reasonable.3.The influence of different infusion sequence on the stress,deformation and stability of the arch ribs was analyzed by Midas / Civil two-element method.The results show that:(1)The deformation of the vault section can be used as an index to evaluate the perfusion sequence.(2)perfusion of the next tube after filling the chord tube perfusion sequence is more reasonable.(3)According to the actual infusion sequence,the stress and deformation of the arch ribs are small and the stability is good,so the actual infusion sequence is reasonable.In this paper,the linear control of the arch ribs and the concrete pouring in the pipe are discussed.It provides valuable experience for the similar construction and design in the future,and also provides the guarantee for the construction safety.Therefore,the research has certain practical significance and theoretical value.
