With the develepment of science and technology, PMSM is applied more and more widely. The performance of PMSM is fixed, but the algorithm of PMSM controller is various. Consequently, the research on the Hardware-in-loop Simulation of the PMSM servo system has great realistic significance. This paper studied the Hardware-in-loop simulation of the PMSM servo systerm which is different from the Hardware-in-loop simulation systerm base on the MATLAB. It can run completely independent without the MATLAB, This paper consists of four parts and the main contents are as follows:Part one. build up the overall framework of the PMSM servo system, analyse the structure and mathematical model of motors, expound the theoretical basis of SVPWM technology and the Mechanism of production of wave form.Part two, firstly, complete the mathematical model of PMSM, and generate the file of dynamic link libraries by Matlab/Simulink. Secondly, realize the communication between mathematical model and the application program of C# by the C#'s calling of the file of DLL. Thirdly, write the Telecom Interface of HID by C#, realize the communication between PC and HID. Ultimately, realize the communication between mathematical model and HID.Part three, in this paper, the key link of the Hardware-in-loop Simulation is signal converter.The signal converter realize transfering all kinds of parameters in the real time by the using of USB, in addition, devise multichannel channel between Digital-to-Analogue and Analogue-to-Digital on the basis of the feature of status signal and command signal; design the channel for the coming up and capturing of pulse directing at pulse signal such as rotating speed. In the end, complete the testing and proving of major module.Part four, accomplish the design of the software platform of the PMSM servo system.The modular design of the overall software system is propitious to the management of the overall software system.This part puts the emphasis on the way of realizing of the FOC algorithm,design the PID conditioning of electriccurrent loop and speed loop,also provide the computing method of rate feedback.
