With the rapid development of subway, the environment vibration problems caused by metro operation become more and more outstanding and it's effection on structures were more and more welcomed by academic and engineering. As an important historical heritage, cultural relics have its special meaning. The vibration problem about museum structure and cultural relic has become a new important issue of environment vibration areas. Based on Chengdu museum project designed by AVIC, the vibration evaluation standards of museum structures and cultural relic had been discussed, and the influences of environment vibration on structure and cultural relics caused by the metro operations were studied. The paper puts forward the vibration appraisal standards of museum and different kinds of cultural relics, and the analysis method about cultural relics in structures. The isolation effects about isolation measures such as floating slab, isolation trench, rubber bearing were studied. The research contents have certain innovation and significance. The main contents of this study are as follows:1. There is silll no unified standard in the homeland about environment vibration on the subway operation evaluation method. The vibration control standards about building and relics at home and abroad are summarized in the paper, and put forward the 65dB as museum buildings vibration control index. In addition, according to the relevant specifications, different types of cultural relics were analyzed to put forward 55dB,60dB as the vibration thresholds of immovable cultural relics and movable cultural relics respectively. The conclusions were available for reference in regulations.2. Based on the actual project Chengdu museum, the three-dimensional finite element model of structure was established and was used to analysis the response of each layer in different vibration incentive. The result shows that the low-frequency vertical vibration (2-5Hz) has great influence on structure, each layer of structure have certain amplification in low frequency vibration input, and the amplification increasingly significant with the floor increases. And high frequency vibration (more than 10Hz) has less influence on structure.3. The isolation measures including setting up floating slab in the train, setting up isolation trench between vibration sources and structure, adding rubber bearings on the base floor were studied, and put forward the isolation method which suitable for the project. The floating slab- tunnel wall finite element model was established to analysis the damping effect by train vibration incentive input. Meanwhile, the isolation trench model with differents depth and the structure model which adding rubber bearings were established to analysis the damping effects by differents directions incentives input. The research shows that floating slab could restrain the spread of vertical vibration in high frequency. Isolation trench could restrain the spread of level vibration, and the damping effect increasingly significant with depth of the trench increases. Rubber bearings have little effect on vertical acceleration of each floor, but could restrain the spread of level vibrations significant.
