As the cultural heritage of human civilization,museum cultural relics have high historical,cultural and research value,and are non-renewable due to their own characteristics.At the same time,the storage cabinet of museum cultural relics is a high-frequency area for cultural relics to storage.Seismic Isolation of cultural relic storage cabinet is an unvalued part in the protection of cultural relic from earthquake,meanwhile,the research on seismic design of the system is very scarce.Therefore,storage cabinet isolation system of museum cultural relics this paper is designed and developed: The storage cabinet isolation system for the museum cultural relics,focusing on the core of the seismic system,and research is carried out according to the structural characteristics of the storage cabinet itself.The main research contents include the following aspects:(1)According to the structural characteristics,parameters and isolation requirements of the museum cultural relic storage cabinet,the design scheme and scope of the isolation system of the storage cabinet is given,and the parameter setting of the design scheme is optimized.The theoretical formulas of mechanical performance parameters such as horizontal stiffness and horizontal equivalent damping ratio of single bearing of isolation system are analyzed and deduced,and the horizontal energy dissipation characteristics of bearing and isolation ratio of isolation system are analyzed emphatically.The anti-overturning theoretical checking calculation is carried out for the floating state of the cultural relic,and the isolation efficiency evaluation index of the isolation system is put forward.(2)Through experiments and numerical calculations,the vertical mechanical properties of the isolation device for cultural relics storage cabinets were studied.Firstly,by inputting different vertical loads,the hysteresis curves of the isolated bearing under different working conditions are obtained,and the response law of vertical stiffness and energy consumption characteristics is studied.Secondly,by establishing a finite element model of the isolated bearing,the model under the same working conditions as the test is obtained.Hysteresis curve,the response law of the vertical stiffness and energy dissipation characteristics of the isolated bearing is analyzed,and finally the applicability of the model is obtained by comparing the test value with the calculated value.(3)The horizontal mechanical properties of isolated bearings under different vertical loads and horizontal shear displacements were studied.Firstly,the horizontal shear hysteresis curves of the isolated bearing are obtained by loading the unidirectional and bidirectional shear amplitudes,and the mechanical properties such as the horizontal equivalent stiffness,equivalent damping ratio,energy dissipation performance,and maximum horizontal shear stress are analyzed.Based on the unidirectional and bidirectional loading results,the influence of loading coupling effects on the horizontal mechanical properties of the isolated bearing was studied.(4)Taking the actual engineering as the research background,firstly the influencing factors of the cultural relic storage cabinet isolation are analyzed,and the research analysis path determined;secondly,by establishing a finite element model of the storage cabinet,the influence of the dynamic characteristics of the storage cabinet are analyzed;based on the field museum site conditions and relevant seismic codes,it is required to determine the ground motion input of the museum and obtain the input motion value of the isolation system.(5)The response law of the isolation system is studied by simple harmonic and seismic wave input.By applying different conditional excitations to the isolation system,the acceleration input-output value comparison curve is obtained,and the influence law of the isolation performance of the isolation system is analyzed;the response laws of the device isolation ratio and the cultural aspect ratio to the earthquake response are discussed in detail,and different incentives are obtained.The lower isolation performance index and the reliable application range of the isolation system are given.
