The high tightness, strong flow capacity, quick response and high ability of anti-pollution of poppet valve have been widely applied in liquid transportation. On the basis of massive review of the literatures domestic and overseas, the problems of loss and low ratio of usage of energy and noise of poppet have been calculated and analysed.This paper application of PHOENICS liquid calculating software, built the practical poppet valve pattern with the same physical structure and parameter, applied the structural quadrature local refinement and k ?εturbulence computation model, calculated the outward flow and inward flow in the poppet valve, analysed the influence of quantity of flow and opening to poppet valve, analysed the data and pictures in the simulation results with sci and origin, achieved the speed and pressure conditions in the poppet inner flow filed, analysed the simulation results, acquired the relationship between loss of energy, noise and flow runner structure. On above basis, optimized the flow runner structure, outlined the flow runner design program, analysed with CFD, proved the validity of the optimize program. Under the same circumstance, we analysed the relationship between flow quantity, opening and discharge coefficient, proposed the discharge coefficient regularity of change under the different flow quantity and opening.The research result of this paper will give directive function to the analysis of poppet valve function, optimization of flow runner structure and practical engineering.
