This paper introduces the hardware design and implementation of one dual-channel digital storage oscilloscope. Digital storage oscilloscope with its considerable advantages largely replaced the analog oscilloscope, China Digital Storage Oscilloscope research has also made great progress, continued to narrow the gap with the international mainstream oscilloscope.This subject mainly studies the oscilloscope hardware design and some related functions implementation. This oscilloscope's hardware platform foundation is:s3c2410 chip of Samsung which is based on ARM company's ARM920T processor core, using Lattice company's complex programmable logic devices (ISPLSI1032E-100) cpld responsible for the front-end access control, data acquisition and as screen display drivers,800×480 resolution color LCD display. Software development platform is ADS1.2,using Real Time Embedded Operating System ucosⅡ, debug interface is RS232 and JTAG. In addition, this article also introduces the realization of trigger function,zero adjustment,menu preservation function and waveform preservation function, the design of simple file system, etc.Repeated revision,Verification and data test show the reliability of the hardware system and the accuracy of some software implementation. In short, this oscilloscope with high precision,reliable and low cost, has a high market competitiveness and practical value。...
