Ultra-high frequency induction heating is the development trend of modern heating equipment, it is provided with heating quickly and evenly, no pollution, high efficiency and other advantages. Now it has widely used in many fields of the national economy, including smelting solid metal, welding, purifying the semiconductor, food and medicine and other fields, induction of the family expenses is also the principle of using induction heating. at present induction heating is to the development of high frequency induction heating, large-capacity, automation and other aspects.This paper introduces simply the development and application of induction heating technology, and the basic knowledge of induction heating.it has analyzed the two main topologies that are often used in induction heating power supply,ultimately we select the series full-bridge inverter as the main circuit topology of ultra-high frequency induction heating device.This paper gives the control circuit design, including phase-locked loop circuit,dead-generation circuits, power regulation circuit, driver circuit,it have done a detailed design and analysis, part of the original device parameters are given in detail, in addition to the interference of the circuit to do a certain design, the stability of the circuit have been identified. In addition, the circuit in the key high-frequency transformer in detail the design and presentation, and according to the formula to calculate the core of the model we need and the number of turns and other data, and finally made a pre-wave circuit simulation, and measured circuit waveforms, and compared with the simulation waveforms, indicating the correctness of the experiment.This design of ultra-high frequency induction heating circuit used in milk packaging machine, experimental results show that the changes meet the design requirements of ultra-high frequency power supply...
