Based on engineering background of the solid state high-frequency (BF)induction heating power supply, outlines the development and the status of the induction heating technique,analyze and compares the topologies of several kinds of induction heating power supply, focus on the control theory and driving circuit of Class E single- switch induction heating inverter. And give the final design.Chapter 1 gives a brief introduction to the basic theory of induction heating, then outlines the development and the status of the induction heating technique, and presents the main content of this paper.Chapter 2 compares the difference of the full-bridge converter, half-bridge converter and the single-switch converter used in induction heating power ,and give a special focus on several kinds of single-switch converters. Then the methods of power modulation used in single switch induction heating power is discussed.Chapter 3 analyzes the high-frequency character of power and powerless components, chooses the suitable components used in high-frequency (BF) induction heating power supply.Chaper 4 analyzes the working theory of Class E topology in detail, and research on several parameter's influences to circuit. On the basis of analysis, provides the closed loop theory of Class E and reasoning it's possibility.Chapter 5 gives the outline of the whole project, analyzes the important driving and controlling part of this project and gives their final design. And gives the result of the experiment.At the end of this paper, a brief summation for the whole dissertation is given.
