In recent years, with the rapid economic development, the reliability of electricity supply rising demand, improve and enhance the level of power reliability, has become the consensus of China's power sector, power production and management techniques and methods used in the reliability of the desire and growing demand. Puyang power company to carry out a full range of services, we continue to meet increasing customer demand and service standards. But, for various reasons, particularly the high number of 35kV substation outage affected rural power supply reliability is not satisfactory.This article summarizes the 2008 Puyang 35kV substation of the power outage caused by the region number of factors:bad weather, power cuts down load, scheduled maintenance, vandalism and other such external forces, through the analysis to find out the number of high-power substation is mainly due to power down the load. Describes the relevant indicators of supply reliability, power flow and short circuit of the common methods, focuses on the development of PSASP6.26 EPRI integrated application flow calculation and short circuit superiority.Puyang area under the power grid structure, theoretical calculation of power flow calculation and stability, due consideration margin, to determine whether the can down load ring together and use the EPRI integrated application development model PSASP6.26 calculated verification 35 kV substation power down the load is not feasible.
