As along as the development of microprocessor, power electronics and the level of motor manufacturing, AC servo system will gradually replace DC servo system to become the important measures of industrial control field. China has rich rare earth resources, permanent magnetic materials'manufacturing processes are constantly developing and PMSM has more excellent controlling performance, so the AC servo system with PMSM gets more and more attentions. This paper has done comprehensive research and analysis on full digital AC PMSM servo control system, then proposes the corresponding control strategies to improve the low speed performance of PMSM.Firstly, this paper presented CLARK. PARK transformation and the mathematical model of PMSM in d-q coordinates, introduced vector control and SVPWM algorithm. Then, built the PMSM closed loop vector control system under MATLAB/SIMULINK to explain the validity of id=0 control strategy.Secondly, showed the ADRC controller and SVPWM dead time compensation technology to improve the performance of PMSM. The PID and ADRC simulation results were given to prove that the ADRC controller had quickly dynamic response, higher control precision and no outshoot. ADRC control system had stronger robustness when the load changing compared with PID. Then, gave the discrete algorithm and parameter adjusting method of ADRC. Besides, the simulation results of dead time compensation proved it's effectiveness, the current waveform became more sinusoidal. So, just to sum up, the ADRC and dead time compensation had great effect to improve the low speed performance of PMSM.Finally, the paper described the hardware and software design on the platform DSP TMS320F2812 and some test results.
