The semi-physical simulation test is essential in laser-guided weapons development. This experiment can,under no field test,obtain the armament system influence due to various factors. The simulation of laser energy parameters and spot size parameters is important analog content, the energy size and spot size will affect the detection range and tracking precision.This paper has summarized the development of semi-active laser-guided loop simulation system firstly, then has analysed the laser energy parameters and the characteristics of spot size when the laser transmits in the atmosphere. According to the theoretical analysis, design the development program of a power controling unit and a laser spot size simulation cell. This article has analysed the composition and working principle of the system detailedly, and has carried on the system simulation and the experiment. This system has achieve a laser energy regulation of wide range 50dB, rate is 21dB/s,high precision,high dynamic and continuous stepless,.Compared with the traditional laser energy size governing system,it has solved the problems about a small dynamic range of the laser energy,linearity is not good,need to multistage cascading problem. It has merits of simple structure,high stability and low cost,achieving a missile from far and near detector to receive power control.Simultaneously achieving a dynamic adjustment of spot size, achieving torque loop, velocity loop and position loop control in the interior, has high focusing system control precision, achieving a control of spot size from far and near.
