The Design And Research For The Test System Of Secondary Target Accuracy

The process of modernization of weapons and equipment in our country needs to manufacture new testing equipment urgently to improve the capacity of the range test. For the automatic test of the artillery fire control system performance, the test system of dynamic accuracy has been manufactured, which the systems to test the secondary target accuracy of artillery belongs to. The device to test the secondary target accuracy can be installed at the rear outer in a barrel, mainly used to measure the repeated accuracy of artillery, improve of shooting accuracy, and to meet actual needs.This paper mainly carried out the job of the optics designs, quality image analysis, structural designs, processing & assembly and the accuracy analysis etc of the system for test the secondary target accuracy. Considered both the request of rapid disassembly and positioning accuracy, this test system has been designed light and compact, with high accuracy and good stability. Three-dimensional exploded diagram is given, at the same time, the main parameters measured actually, and analysis accuracy of the test data, the analysis results of the secondary target accuracy to achieve 0.05mil, that completely meet the requirement of the indicator.
