Considering the requirement of task for range measurement and controlequipment, GNSS accuracy evaluation system for multi-target and itsapplication are studied in this paper. It is presented as follows.Firstly, on the basis of range test requirement analysis, constructs GNSSaccuracy evaluation system for multi-target, and presents function and principleof the system and subsystem, and accomplishes the collectivity design, andexpounds the basic work of the accuracy evaluation test for control equipmentand the typical test mode of flight calibration which was realized for multi-region,many astronautic measurement ships and multi-target measurement equipmentat the same time.Secondly, the key technologies and realization path are studied. It is realizedthat multi-target information can be controlled time-sharing on thecommunication link, the hardware integrated of GNSS receiver is designed andthe software is developed on embedded ARM chip technique, the multifunctionand miniaturization GNSS receiver is developed. The key technique question isanswered that the time sequence is controlled accurately for information transfer.The software that the flight information is displayed for command andnavigation is developed by using Mapx control based on GIS technology andVC++platform. The functions of information recognition, automatically plannedairway, precise calculation of deviation distance and information show areaccomplished in measurement evaluation test for multi-target. The systemrealized multi-task pattern of measurement and flight information display formulti-target, track-measurement, attitude-measurement and track-measurementas well, and realized multifunction application.Finally, system functions, dynamic performance and accuracy are tested andverified with simulating dynamic target test, signal simulator and test task. Thesystem accuracy of positioning, rate-measurement and attitude-measurement areanalyzed by using the methods of comparison and statistics. The results showthat the system framework is feasible and can satisfy measurement/accuracyevaluation test for multi-target.This research provides theoretical basis for developing multi-target GPSsystem and provides a new method for developing multi-target GNSS receiver, and that provides valuable experience for application of Beidou satellitenavigation system and constructing robot bomb accuracy evaluation system. Itmust promote GNSS system application, and especially push forward the fullydevelopment of accuracy evaluation for satellite and missile and spaceflightrange measurement and control system in China.
