Research And Application Of High-speed Train Toilet Design Method On The View Of Modularization

As a variety of requirements for the toilet when the passengers take the train, High-speed railway in China is continually rising comfort of the overall service to improve passenger satisfaction of requirements implemented. This will improve transport services and the ride comfort of important significance. The toilet is an indispensable component of interior High-speed train. The design will directly affect the comprehensive comfort of the High-speed train.Modularization as an advanced design and manufacturing methods to the modern industry has injected fresh vitality. With in-depth study of the modular approach, the enormous social and economic benefits will be further demonstrated. Especially this method has reflected the great advantage on solving complex system design and manufacturing. It will certainly become one of the main ways of thinking for the future industrial design and manufacture. The use of advanced modular approach to the high-speed train design is also the essential way of future China High-speed Rail toward the world advanced level.This paper firstly described international and domestic situation and characteristics, then combined with high-speed train toilet maintenance and manufacturing profiles and other aspects to analysis the necessity of modular toilet design. This article through analysing modular design principle and manufacturing method did a systematical analysis of the feasibility of modular high-speed train toilet design. Meanwhile, based on the modular approach modular design has been applied to the high-speed train toilet design and put forward concrete methods. This research has provided general recommendations that modular design approach on how to use a reasonable and flexible interior design to high-speed trains, as well as how to match the restrictions on ergonomics with module division. Finally, according to the general design methods described in this paper, improved high-speed train toilet interior design program which based on module design has been provided.
