| Based on a theoretical study and simulation analysis of a four-lane through steel box tied-arch bridge of Shanghai-Beijing high-speed railway, and combining closely with construction practice, simulation analysis of the construction of the steel box tied-arch bridge has been accomplished in this paper. The focus of the research and the main achievements obtained are as follows:1,The simulation analysis of the whole process of the trestle construction method according to the design documents and the actual situation of the construction field has been given effective guidance to the construction in field. Based on the analysis of the mechanics behavior of the erection process, some proposals and measures about the critical stages of the construction control are presented.2,Achievements of system engineering and control theory in large-scale bridge construction are fully employed in order to making a comprehensive analysis and comparison between measured values and theoretical results of stress and geometric shape, which lay a foundation for a further research on the key construction technology of the railway steel box tied-arch bridge.3,Combined with the theoretical simulation analysis, the monitoring data of the entire alignment and stress as well as the results of the accuracy analysis, some research and summarize on trestle construction technology for the four-lane through steel box tied-arch bridge are presented.4,A research on theoretical simulation and control technology is applied to the special and difficult critical technology during construction, including internal focus of bars, linear adjustment methods and technologies, reasonable measures of the removal of frames for construction of the through steel box tied-arch bridge and the temperature effect of the process of laying four-track.5,The stress analysis of the joint site of beam and arch is proposed,the mechanical behavior of the plate structure at the arch foot under the most unfavorable load combination is studied to provide evidence for the design of the arch foot of the steel-arch composite structure in the future.The results in this paper can provide a reference for the high-speed railway bridge with similar construction method and the laying method of the slab track of bridges. |
