| Along with the progress in science and technology, the railway industry is growing rapidly. China's 6502 electric interlocking systems are gradually being replaced by computer-based interlocking system in railway stations. Therefore, the amount of engineering design tasks for computer-based interlocking increases dramatically. At present, the engineering design tasks are major completed by hand which brings a lower efficiency, and the quality is difficult to guarantee. Therefore, the computer aided design for computer-based interlocking project design is needed to develop urgently. Currently, this topic is being studied at home and abroad, and it has also been some successes. But there are limitations in universal and other aspects, which means new aided design software is needed to be developed. This paper is to study the computer aided design for computer-based interlocking project design in railway stations. The process and methods of the computer-based interlocking project design is regulated while achieving wiring, which is accomplished automatically through computer software. The software takes station signal layout drawings and layout of double tracks circuit provided by the design institute as the basis of input data for users, and designs the basic data which is on the information provided by the interlocking manufacturer. After computing and processing these two aspects of data, achieving outputting the tables which is required in project design automatically. Main functions of the system includes generating station relay type tables, generating the arrangement of computer-based interlocking unit blocks tables, generating outdoor terminals wiring tables, generating interfaces cabinet wiring tables, generating equipment work circuit wiring tables, generating driving and collecting circuit wiring tables. Through the development of this system, it solves the problems during finishing project design by hand and improves work efficiency and quality. What's more, it improves the situation of limitations in universal of the computer aided design for computer-based interlocking project design. |
