Accompanying that wireless communication technology increasingly matured in a recent decade, train control system which plays an important role in urban rail traffic has been developed from rail-circuit-based train control system to communication-based train control system CBTC(Communication-based Train Control, CBTC). CBTC signaling system, through its significant advantages, has become the new standard of urban rail traffic signal system. Computer interlocking subsystem plays the core role in the CBTC system.This paper, firstly, briefly introduced specific functions of route control of grading train, ARC, FLT, and control of new device in interlocking subsystem of CBTC signaling system, and proposed a key technical point "or idle" issue in CBTC system, on the basis of its detailed analysis tried to give two new solutions; Secondly, finished overall structure design of CBTC computer interlocking subsystem and structure design of each subsystem, and based on this, completed software implementation of CBTC computer interlocking subsystems; Finally, after full introduction on the implementation of integration environment of CBTC systems, verified important functions of CBTC computer interlocking subsystems.The results showed that: through combining with the actual data of subway project and the use of CBTC system integration environment in the laboratory, successfully verified some unique important feature which apply to CBTC system interlocking subsystems, and strongly proved that TYJL-III-type interlocking system, which was aimed at urban rail traffic applications and was produced through research and development of analysis of functional requirements, structural analysis and design, application software which implemented this process, fully meet the needs of practical application of urban rail traffic.
