In the recent years, the system control technology of asynchronous machine has been made a great progress with the rapid development of power electronics, microcontroller and vector control theory.At present, ac drive system has took the place of dc drive system and has been the mainstream. This paper researched on the vector control system of three-phase induction motor in the CRH2 motor train set on the platform of Matlab 2007b. Genetic Algorithm was used to acquire the value of the PI controller in the system and it showed that the speed deviation was no more than 2%.The history and current situation of the control technology of asynchronous machine and relative technology were introduced briefly at the preface of thesis.The content of the paper was educed at the end of the preface. The electromagnetic torque control,ideal module of asynchronous machine,coordinate transform,vector control theory based on the rotor flux field-oriented were described,so the foundation of the high-performance control of asynchronous machine was built. In addition, svpwm algorithm in 60 degree coordinate system, the unbalance theory of neutral point voltage,the analysis and compensation of dead time,the design principle of vector system and so on were described. Therefore,the foundation of vector control was laid.It accomplished the vector control system in 60 degree coordinate system based on the three-level inverter in the matlab 2007b. The standard Genetic Algorithm was used to get the value of the PI controllers in the flux regulator,torque regualator and regulator for the decupling module in current to voltage transformation in oder to make up for the shortage of knowledge of designer in the programme of m file. The results of simulation showed that the speed deviation was less than 2%.Last but not least, the development of software in the system by dsPIC microcontroller was discussed on the platform of related sofware. Practically,it can improved the efficiency for programming.
