As the high speed-adjusting performance and the remarkable energy-saving effect, the high-voltage inverter technology has been growing rapidly in the areas of mining motor drives. With the development of high-voltage and large-current power electronic device, multilevel inverter becomes the most popular topology scheme of high-voltage drive system. This paper mainly studies the asynchronous motor vector control and the control algorithm of three-level High-voltage inverter based on mining motor.This paper mainly analyzed the asynchronous motor's mathematical model and the vector control principle. Through analyzed mathematical model of different coordinate systems, we designed the rotor flux observation model and speed identification baseed on model reference adaptive system(MRAS) of speed sensor-less. Secondly, through analyzed the three-level high-voltage inverter circuit topology, the voltage vector distribution of SVPWM control and the method of reducing the imbalance in the mid-point potential are introduced. According to these analysis, a inverter control circuit and the control programs are designed based on DSP TMS320F2812. With the simulation of Matlab /simulink, the simulation results verified that the proposed control algorithm is effective and feasible.
