In recent years,in our country's policies to expand infrastructure construction and domestic demand, transportation and logistics industry is developing rapidly, particularly with the increaing need of transporting longer, wider and heavier equipment and heavy structure,the assembled hydraulic suspension trailer are used more and more in transportation. Therefore, assembled trailer of the important articles on security related to transport security.Hydrulic suspension is a important part of the assembled trailer for pressure, so its fatigue damage directly affect the safety of the trailer.However, the research for assemble trailer's fatigue life is relatively less, and the standard is not enough, Therefore, people have to strengthen the area of research and its results can be provide advice to the industry standard of assembled trailer.This article study an assemble hydrulic suspension trailer from one logistics company, its arm hung of the suspension compoents was broken when working.In order to study this problem,this article make an full-scale fatigue life analysis based on CAE technic.The contents are as follows:Firstly, according tu the technical specifications of assembled trailer and mapping, bulid the CAD model used PRO/E, and then build the FEA models in hypermesh, after the force analysis to static analysis with nastran.Then build the whole model of the suspension, and then modal analysis to get the modal parameter.And then make the vibration testing for the assembled trailer on working, from the test signal to find some modal features of the suspension, and then verify with the calulate modal, in degree to explain the project value for the FEA modal.Secondly, via the characteristic analysis to the hydraulic suspension,build the muti-body dynamic model of 1/2 assembled trailer and hydraulic model,simulate the time domain inspire signal under C road and especial heave road suface used with MATLAB,and then make the analysis of muti-body dynamic simulation to get the suspension time histories.Load the suspension time histories to get modal transient analysis,and then put up fatigue life analysis used with stress/strain time histories build before.Finally, analysis of different roads, the speed, welding and steel and hydraulic components affect to the results of the fatigue life, and advance the method to improve on the fatigue life of the hydraulic suspension based on forward conclution.
