The durability research of vehicle structure has always been an important part of many automobile enterprises,because it is closely related to the safety and reliability of automobile.Good durability will enhance the visibility of auto companies and quickly occupy the market.Traditional body fatigue life prediction method is commonly used actual prototype for fatigue test or real vehicle road test,the cycle is long,high cost,and not in the design stage to predict body life.By using the computer virtual technology,it can effectively reduce the research and development cycle and reduce the r&d cost,which has become the main technical means of automobile research and development today.In this paper,the finite element modeling of car white body was carried out by using Hypermesh software,and static analysis and modal analysis were carried out on the car white body.Static analysis mainly studied the bending condition and torsion condition of sedan white body.Modal analysis mainly studied the free mode of car white body.Secondly,the multi-body dynamics model was created by using the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS/CAR,and dynamic simulation was carried out based on the virtual platform,and the load spectrum files needed for fatigue life analysis were obtained.Finally,by using Hypermesh software to analyze inertial release white body,the white body static analysis results,using nCode white body fatigue life analysis,fatigue analysis software to calculate the fatigue life of the white body,in combination with the practical situation of Miner theory and verify white body conform to the requirements of the fatigue life.
