With the development of sports in our country and people′s growing emphasis on health, swimming has become one of the most popular sports. So the rational design of the natatorium is particularly important, while during the project design of the natatorium, HVAC design plays an important position.Firstly an experimental research is done based on the central air-conditioning combined electric radiant floor heating system in the North China Electric Power University, the indoor temperature field is measured. Secondly building the physical and mathematical models, the numerical simulation method is adopted to solve the coupling questions between radiant floor heating and air-conditioning air flow. Then by comparing the experimental results with the simulated results, the correctness of mathematical model and computational method in the CFD simulation are verified, which provides a theoretical basis for the promotion of the hybrid ventilation and radiant floor heating coupled air-conditioning system (such as in the natatoriums).Based on the above experiment, taking a large competition natatorium with single-side grandstand as an object of study, the radiant floor heating system is adopted in pool area of the natatorium, and air-flow organizatin and comfort ability of the natatorium are studied. After designing the heating and air-conditioning systems, building the physical and mathematical models, CFD simulation software is adopted to study four relatively reasonable air-flow organizatins. The relationship between evaporation rate of the components (water vapor, chlorine, carbon dioxide) and air-flow organizatin and the measures to prevent condensation are analyzed, providing design strategies to create a comfortable environment for the natatorium. In this paper, the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) is adopted to evaluate the indoor environmental quality of four air-flow organizatins. When both the fresh air volume and the staff moisture gain of the four programs are same, the interior sensible heat heat loss and fan power consumption of the four programs are analyzed. To get the best air-flow organization, meet the comfort requirements, solve the condensation problems, and extend the service life of the natatorium, improve the indoor environmental quality, providing a reliable reference for the future air-conditioning system′s design, operation and management of the large natatorium for competition.
