Analysis On Environmental Quality And Heating Energy Consumption Of A Passive House In Qingdao Area

With the continuous development of social productive forces,the world's energy c onsumption problem is more and more serious,the increase in energy demand is als o rising,accompanied by energy consumption,resources have begun to dry up,at th e same time more and more prominent environmental problems,such as carbon Emis sions increased year by year,leading to climate warming and many other issues.In t he total energy consumption of the society,the building energy consumption occupies a large proportion,for our country,the building energy consumption accounts for ab out 40% of the total social energy consumption,which seriously restricts the sustaina ble development of our economy and society.Although China has long been the imp lementation of the relevant building energy efficiency standards,but the building ener gy consumption is still much higher than the level of developed countries,so further study of green energy-saving building is imperative.In energy-saving buildings,the German passive room because of the “ultra-low energy consumption“ features,grad ually being well known,and get the support of our government policy,so passive h ousing began to flow in our land everywhere.However,due to our study of passive housing is still in its infancy,in some technology,construction and other aspects is not mature enough for the design and construction of passive housing will inevitabl y be a problem,making the construction of the passive house can not meet the initi al design requirements and Standard,so it is very important to study the energy con sumption of the passive house after the completion.Based on the relevant technical standards of the country,this paper studies the pa ssive house by summing up the literature,field research and expert consultation.First ly,the climatic characteristics of Qingdao area are studied,and the relevant indexes of passive house in Qingdao area are obtained according to the climatic characteristic s.Secondly,the design situation and key technology of a passive house in Qingdao area are analyzed and analyzed.The passive environment of the first heating period of indoor environmental quality,and its heating energy consumption calculation,and finally through the summary analysis to determine whether the passive house can pla y a role model.This paper shows that the performance parameters of the enclosure of the passiv ehouse are in accordance with the relevant technical indicators.The second is that th e indoor environment quality of the passive house is in accordance with the standard in the first heating period.The passive energy consumption of the passive house in t he first heating period is calculated and calculated,and the conclusion is that the pa ssive house can play an exemplary role in the construction of the follow-up passive house in Qingdao area.
