| This paper has studied the torsional vibration characteristics of the wind generator gearbox's shafting, using the numerical simulation method. And analyzed the movement transfer rule of the gearbox'shafting, simplified the whole planet wheel into multiple rigid disc connected by spring without quality, and got expressions for the field transfer matrix and the Station transfer matrix. Then equivalent each shaft's movement to designated axis's, and got the transfer matrix model of the wind generator gearbox, which be used to analysis the torsional vibration of planets wheel department. Calculated the torsional stiffness and equivalent rotation inertia of the planet carrier, and analyzed the influence of unit number and the wall thickness of planet carrier on the equivalent torsional stiffness and rotation inertia.Written a calculating program by MATLAB software, which be used to analyse the torsional vibration characteristic of the wind turbine gearbox's transmission system, then used this program to analysis the torsional characteristic of simple system and also the drive system of shearer's haulage unit, verifying its accuracy.Finally, according to the design parameters, established a 750kW wind-driven generator gearbox transmission system model, and used the MATLAB program to analyse the torsional vibration characteristic of the gearbox modle and calculate the natural frequency and fundamental mode of the transmission system. It also researched on the influence that changing the wall thickness of planet carrier on the natural frequency of the system. |
