| Digital Electric Hydraulic Control System(DEH) is the product of the combination of computer tecnology and traditional hydraulic control sysytem. It uses computer to complete signal acquisition and processing in a digital way, and drives the executive body to do the control duty according the instructions output by the pre-set control strategy.1,2 Tianjin Dagang Power Plant Steam Turbine Unit for the hydraulic adjustment method. The system has inherent flaws, such as slow rate, and dynamic adjustment of poor quality, low control accuracy, and complicated operation, operation, maintenance is very inconvenient, are required to address these issues using a new, advanced control system to replace the original mechanical hydraulic control system. The new system can completely overcome the shortcomings of the original system to improve the response speed of the unit to meet the requirements of modern power on the unit. Level of control units can be raised to a new level, running cost is also significantly improved.This article analyzes the status of 328.5MW unit, and introduces the task and system components of steam turbine protection system. On basic of deeply reserch on the characteristics of steam turbine, DEH system and the traditonal hydraulic system are compared in some aspects such as funtions and characteristics, and the need for DEH transformation is demonstrated due to the superiority of the former. The program and necessary work of DEH transfomation is introduces and the program of Dagang Power Plant is highlighted. |
