Abstract/Summary:
In the process of the rapid development of market economy in our country, the power industry also have made remarkable achievements,600 mw and 1000 mw unit in our country, the large-scale application of the development of grid technology, and energy saving scheduling objectively, spread all over the coal-fired power plant 300 mw and below capacity of the our country obviously has been difficult to adapt to the current power generation, environmental protection requirements.As an important policy of our country, the energy conservation has important practical significance to the development of society, and the domestic steam turbine unit circulation part of the technical transformation, under the existing technical level is the inevitable choice of promoting energy conservation and consumption reduction for power plants. In this paper, the key circulation reconstruction is discussed, and the related theoretical basis, and from the actual situation of DouHe power plant power plant no.4 machine, discusses its structure characteristics, technical specification before modification and the basic operation state. Then the heat of the steam turbine can rational test specification test before modification such as simulated calculation, which further mastered the unit operation in the process of basic load, working condition of each cylinder efficiency value and data, found that low efficiency of the steam turbine circulation problems. System two retrofit scheme is analyzed after the differences in economy, safety, chose the full flow of high and low pressure cylinder. To reform the 300 mw unit, not only can effectively promote the increase of the reliability, at the same time for strengthening the overall efficiency also has certain positive meaning. Technical measures used in the renovation process includes the following aspects of content:1) to brendan gland and improve operation of the high pressure balance piston Level.;2) downstream to replace high pressure cylinder to adjust the original reflux, according to the actual working conditions appropriate to increase high, medium voltage series on flow passage;3) high side balance piston, high pressure inside the cylinder and high-pressure static blades with ring and cylinder performance inside guarantee;4) with bend torsion joint forming blade improve the whole performance indicators steam turbine unit. Thermal performance index is the important basis to evaluate the quality of the work overall. After finishing the transformation on flow system was carried out on the transformation efficiency of evaluation and to find out the existing problems, and accumulate experience.Based on this research DouHe transformation on the flow of power plant no.4 machine, for other power plant energy saving effect work has accumulated rich experience.
