Biomass has many species and large quantity. It is also renewable. Biomass compression molding technology is a simple, practical and efficient utilization form of biomass. The molding fuel has the advantages of simple processing, low cost, easy to transport and storage, good combustion performance, high thermal efficiency. It is an alternative energy which has a development prospect.This research aim is to find a suitable compression molding conditions. In this condition, molding fuel performance index (relaxation density, durability and heating value) can achieve a more ideal state when two or more biomass mixed compression.This research can provide theoretical guidance for the production of high quality fuel. This paper has searched a large number of domestic and foreign literature materials. On this basis, it confirmed the main factors which affect compression molding fuel quality. The paper established LS-SVM model for the straw and rice bran mixed compression molding process. This model takes the molding temperature and mixture ratio of straw and rice bran as the control parameters of compression molding process. It also takes molding fuel durability, relaxation density and fuel heating value as the evaluation parameters. Through the calculation error of model, the error is so small that it can effectively simulate the practical properties of straw and rice bran mixed compression molding process.Based on this model, it designs a multi-objective optimization target function, which is between the control parameters of compression molding process and performance indicators of molding fuel. The multi-objective optimization problem of compression molding process is converted into a single objective optimization by Minkow ski distance method. This paper is also using particle swarm algorithm to optimize the parameters of compression molding conditions. The result shows that under the condition of certain pressure and material particle size, this paper has got the control parameter optimization target of molding process. These two kinds of material is mixed compression molding in the operating conditions. The fuel has the best durability, relaxation density and heating value, which make the performance index of molding fuel achieve quite satisfactory results.
