With the continuous development of automobile industry,People pay more and more attention to the interior quality of automobiles while pursuing beautiful body shape and exuberant power,Development of automobile interior decoration has become an important content second only to automobile body development.Compression molding has broad application prospects as the main forming technology of automotive interior products.The compression moulding process seems simple,but it is complex,The factors such as material,structure,die,technological system and control precision will affect the quality of die pressing.In order to survive in the fierce competition,some small and medium-sized enterprises,which are relatively disadvantaged in technology,need to constantly improve their technology and equipment level,improve product quality and reduce production costs.As an important part of automobile interior decoration,automobile clothes hat frame has become an aggregate with the improvement of automobile function integration,serving as the carrier of many parts.This puts forward higher and higher requirements for its forming accuracy and stiffness.In this paper,the main body of automobile coat rack is taken as the research object.The key technologies in the development of the main body of automobile coat hanger,including material,structure,process system,die and control precision,are studied.The main work is as follows:1.The mechanical model of the composite structure of automotive clothes hat frame main body is established.Identify materials and structures and fitting dimension and assembly method of clothes hat frame main body and peripheral Parts.Under the condition of ensuring the rigidity of the cap rack,the cap rack is easy to form and has a beautiful appearance.2.Common quality defects of automobile clothes and hats frame main body moulding are summarized and put forward a preliminary solution.Relevant technological parameters of the clothes and hats frame main body compression moulding are formulated.3.Summarizes the main factors affecting the quality of the compression molding,The optimum design of the die for the main body of automobile clothe hat frame was carried out.mainly reflects in:In the early stage of design,the shrinkage was compensated by error compensation,and the design of punch and concave die was completed.Adopt the in-die punching process,simplify process,improve production efficiency and product precision.The process guide pillar is added to the punch and concave die to improve the closing precision,and the cooling system of the die is designed and calculated to improve the cooling and curing effect of the die on the products.4.A lightweight design process for automotive interior parts moulding die was proposed.Using this process,the convex and concave dies of the main body of the automobile clothes and hats frame were designed lightly,The quality of the die was reduced by 15.6%on the premise that the structure of the die met the actual working conditions.5.The control system model of servo hydraulic press for moulding production is established.According to the characteristics of moulding,an automatic control system of servo hydraulic press for moulding automobile interior parts based on PLC is designed.The main innovations are:1.The mechanical model of the composite two-story structure of the main body of the coat hanger is constructed,and the main factors affecting the mechanical properties of the composite two-story structure are obtained,which provides theoretical guidance for the selection of the main body of the coat hanger and the stage of structural design.2.The in-die punching process was applied to the main body of automobile coat hanger to replace the existing water cutting process after forming,which greatly improved the forming accuracy and labor productivity of the main body of the coat hanger.3.Based on the theory of numerical simulation and topological optimization of variable density method,propose a lightweight design process of punch and concave die structure for internal decorative parts.On the premise of satisfying the strength and stiffness of the actual working condition,the lightweight design of the die is realized,which provides a scientific basis for the design of the die.
