Radial engineering is a large integrated monitoring system of space environment foundation. Sounding rocket is a subsystem of the space environment monitoring system in Radial engineerin. The launch altitude of sounding rocket is more than 200Km, and it is used for detecting the space environment parameters under 200Km.Through the exploration of the distribution condition and fluctuation of the space electric field, We can know the uneven structure of the ionosphere. These data helps to accumulate data for improving and perfecting the distribution patterns of space electric field. It is useful to research the generation mechanism of space electricity and the mechanism of spacecraft. The data detected by rocket-borne electric field instrument is useful to analysis how the small scale electric field and large scale static electric field structure coupling with the magnetic layer. And it how to respond to changes of the interplanetary magnetic field. The electric permeability from the high latitude to the low latitude.The main task of the design is transforming the original data provided by electric field instrument and its carrying equipment to the usefull data products. It mainly realizes the reading and format conversion of the original scientific data, and processing of the additional electric field. Data reading and format conversion part is focus on extracting the original scientific data format according to the required data format, and do mathematical calculation on some data according to the formula. Then save the data into the specified arrays. At the same time, because of different equipment has different sampling frequency, it is needed to do interpolation processing to the equipments that have low sampling rate, such as rocket-born attitude measuring instrument and rocket-born GPS.Another important function of the software is processing of the additional electric field. Since the existence of magnetic field, the two poles of the electric field instrument will cut the magnetic lines when they are flying in the space. Then it will generate additional electric potential difference between the two probes. So the output value of electric field data in DC channel is the addition of the actual value of space electric intensity and the value of additional electric intensity. Therefore use the data provided by rocket-born attitude measuring instrument and rocket-born GPS, and the value of magnetic field vector calculated by the international geomagnetic field model, wipe off the additional value of electric field from the original measurement, then can get the real space field strength in DC channel.The software of data processing and analyzing of rocket-borne electric field is designed in VC++ compiler environment. It is based on the software engineering requirements, and achieved the functional requirements of the software.
