This subject is flexible rotor high-speed dynamic balancing test system.The high-speed gyro rotor and multistage high-pressure water pump rotor were used as test object in this experimental research,the system could be mainly used to solve the issues of high-speed flexible rotor dynamic balancing in the process of rotating.The rotor work speed more than the first critical area,the two-speed three-side dynamic balance method is put method.The subject is designed a vibration signal frequency response normalization algorithm.The flexible rotor high-speed dynamic balancing test system is divided into the hardware machine parts and the PC part.Hardware circuit include:the sensors are chosen;charge pre-amplifying processing circuit;photoelectric signal processing circuit;tracking of vibration signal the filtering processing circuit;sine-cosine signal generating circuit;USB2811 data acquisition card,etc.The main function of hardware circuit is to extract vibration signal with speed frequency,and collection photoelectric signal and vibration signal by USB communication to PC to calculate.The PC part is all-in-one touch screen.The data of hardware part substitution into the same frequency and interrelating mathematical model,which used Visual Basic software system to calculate amplitude and phase angle of the two vibration signals.Based on the influence coefficient method,the system mathematical model could get the unbalance and phase of the rotor which implements single-side and double-side and two-speed three-side dynamic balance.The test system included:calibration,parameter storage,dynamic balance measuring,display function and sweep frequency analysis module.The frequency sweep analysis module is real-time monitoring the curve of flexible rotor vibration with its rotating speed.The subject is designed a vibration signal frequency response normalization algorithm,which collected amplitude and phase of vibration to normalized processing.The test system makes the calibration parameters in a wider speed range.A large number of experiments are used to analyze the feasibility of the test system.The stability and measurement accuracy of flexible rotor high-speed dynamic balance test system were proved by the experiments.
