Wind power has entered into a period of rapid development, but it has characteristics of intermittent and random. With the scale of the wind farm becomes more and more large, these characteristics will do great damage to the stable run of the power system. There are kinds of fans, monitoring systems and independent of each other which is difficult for the department of electric dispatch to monitor the wind farm by one system. This paper presents a method to solve the problem. Collect the data of wind power quality, integrated systems and wind towers into one plant to management by the cluster, load balancing, hot standby, RAID technology and database etc. These methods will make sure the system's high-availability and run uninterruptedly.(1)A detailed analysis of requirements has been done, the problems are adequately expounded and a method to solve the problem is given.(2)A model of a high-availability based on Markov process is established. Some research has been done to improve the availability of the system following the models.(3) The large amounts requests of users are distributed to each cluster node, by rotate weighting algorithm; it can make full use of the resources, and do rapid response to the user requests. Two load-balancing machines run with backup form, can ensure continuous running.(4) Analysis of the various levels of RAID storage has been done and the formulas of high availability are listed. Use the RAID 10 storage whose availability near 1 can make the storage node achieve high availability.(5) The data tables of wind farm monitoring system and their relationships are designed. Use the password / verification code way to ensure the reliability of the system, and setting up different user's permissions for different database operations to ensure the safe use of the database.
