With the increasing quanity and scale of aiports in mountainous area,more and more attention has been paid to the stability and durability of high-embankment in airport engineering.The compaction construction of high-embankment is of great importance for the life-cycle safety of airports.It is urgent to find a way to monitor the compaction quality of high-embankment,to build a highly efficient pattern of construction management and information sharing and to improve the efficiency of roller compaction construction.The main work accomplished in the dissertation is as follows:(1)A real-time monitoring system for the compaction quality based on the cloud radiation was developed.By studying the construction process and quality control standard of compaction of high-embankment,an index system based on roller speed and trajectory was established.The technologies of BeiDou Navigation Satellite System,wireless data transmission and cloud database were applied to build the data link of the system.The calculation and display methods of the number of compaction passes and compaction trajectories were studied.The data analysis software and client software were developed,and the real-time monitoring system of compaction quality based on information sharing was formed.(2)The design method of optimal path for the high-embankment compaction was established.With consideration of the boundary conditions of rolling construction,a compaction path model suitable for impact roller was proposed.A stepwise algorithm was provided for the compaction path of irregular shape working face.The method of calculating the real-time prompting path based on the number of compaction passes was studied,and the visualization of the optimal path and the auxiliary driving were realized by combining the real-time trajectory prompting function of the monitoring system.(3)The application of virtual reality technology in compaction quality monitoring was studied.With employment of commenical software packages including Maya,3D Max and Unity 3D,a machine model of roller compaction and scenario of high-embankment airport were established.In the monitoring system,the 3D dynamic module was developed,to provide a more intuitive display form.(4)The fully automatic control of the rolling machine was realized with application of the pilotless driving technqiue.Based on the technology of hydraulic transmission and mechanical arm control,the method of repeated scheduled trajectory and execution path of rolling machinery under driverless condition was studied.The driverless technology was developed for the roller compacting machinery,and its ability to control rolling machine's automatic continuous compaction was verified.The monitoring system has been tested at Puning airport of Chengde city,Daxing new airport in Beijing and Xugong comprehensive test field,and the real-time supervision and unmanned control of high-embankment compaction process have been realized.The system can effectively strengthen the monitoring of construction process,improve the information sharing mechanism,reduce the communication cost and improve the management efficiency.The application of driverless technology will make compaction construction more refined and automated.
