With the development of the materials technology, people Invented a lot of new materials. such as high-alloy steel, aluminum alloy, high strength composite material and so on. These new materials demands a higher cutting requirements; while world's manufacturing center is being transferred to China and with the rapid development of construction industry is also an objective element which sharply increase the demand on the level of superhard materials. And the power system which has been designed in this SJJ series of pressing machine mainly used for the manufacture diamond and other superhard materials tools.The power supply used STM32F103VBT6 with ARM CORTEXM3 as its core as the main control chip, and inverter circuit using high-power IGBT FF400R12KE3 which produced by eupec company as the key control device, a digital PID regulator designed to achieve the precise control of the heating temperature. Specific work of this paper include the following aspects:Hardware:First, this paper described the hardware design of the hot press bythe overall framework. Then describe the main power inverter circuit, IGBT driver circuit, CPU core board, measuring detection protection circuit, the auxiliary power supply design, IGBT drive circuit design and debug interfaces in detail.Software:First,this paper introduced the topic about how to use the EWARM development environment, and then described the use the firmware library functions provided by ST company. Then introduced the inverter control algorithm of SPWM wave that produced by the TIMX and the PID control strategy for temperature control. The control program and algorithm was achieved on this platform and all program code written by C language. The system structure is simple and easy to be controlled.At the same time analysis the system design principles of the electromagnetic compatibility EMC, and proposed anti-jamming measures of this system.
