Study On Development And Spatial Layout Of Producer Services In Industrial Parks

It is an important way to develop producer services for promoting transformation and upgrading of industrial parks. There are a large number of differences between producer services in industrial parks and in cities. But looking for the research of industrial park and producer services throughout, we can't find a systematic research which is a combination of these two. It is so unsystematic that we can't guide planning practice directly. So it is urgent to carry out this study. Based on this, this paper carries on systematic study that closely focus on the main line of producer services in industrial parks and tries to establish policy framework of producer services in industrial parks to guide and response to planning practice in full swing.Based on the above target and differences between producer services in industrial parks and in cities, this paper studies on four aspects. Firstly, defines the concept, types, characteristics and role of producer services in industrial parks. This is the basis for this paper. Secondly, through a lot of empirical research on total and each industry, summarizes three major current problems, studies the reasons of these problems, and then clearly proposes development goals and three practical development strategies.Thirdly, analyzes the two influencing factors of spatial layout of producer services in industrial parks, summarizes the five existing models of spatial layout, and then proposes effective strategy of spatial layout of producer services in industrial parks on two aspects of space systems and space elements. Fourthly, proposes three protection mechanisms which are policy support mechanisms, personnel protection system and climate system.
