The ecological industrial parks connect up all different factories or the enterprises in the way of material flow and energy flow to form a combination that share resource, exchange wastage and establish the closed material circulation way of"producer - consumer–disintegrator". Many countries positively have carried out the fundamental research and the practice exploration of ecological industrial parks.
