In China's economic development, road infrastructure is very important and its development is rapid in recent years. Especially for high level road, its investment is increasing gradually. By the end of 2009, the total mileage of expressways have reached 65,000 kilometers. According to China's long-term planning, the national highway network will be basically completed by 2020, the total mileage of expressways will reach 10 million kilometers. On high standard road, width, line straightness and vertical flatness should meet appropriate standards. To meet the above requirements, a large number of bridges, culverts tunnels can not be avoided, especially small and medium sized bridges and culverts in the road account for a greater proportion, about one-fourth of the total length of roads, because of its large number, long design period, the normal design and construction costs are higher. Therefore, how to quickly and accurately bridge the hydrology of a reasonable calculated to meet the upper reaches of the need for flood control and road safety, highway design to speed up and reduce the investment in highway construction has important practical significance.Currently, the bridge is the most effective means that people spans the natural water barrier to expanding the scope of human activity. The main contents of the hydrological calculation:to ensure that the flood and ships passage over the bridge or the other structure safely and smooth. To determine the bridge height, span, depth, and other important hydrological parameters are the main content of the calculation to the design of the bridge. As China's modernization process accelerated, accurate, efficient and reasonable hydrologic calculation has very important significance. This article describes the basic theory of hydrological computation, based on the application of fuzzy theory, Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed. Finally, Weihe River Bridge hydrological calculation is carried out using the new methods, its feasibility and accuracy are verified.
