In the operating process of power network, the electrical information measured has become increasingly rich. From the information, how to mine the smallest features to reflect the performance of equipment, and seek the methods to evaluate the performance of power network rapidly, have important significance for the safe operation of power network.Electrical information which is widely used in the production and operation, etc, is sufficient and free, and its measurement point is in the substation. As the aggregate of most of equipments in power network, the simplification and equivalence of substation are the basis for power network performance evaluation. Furthermore, this paper proposes the substation operating performance evaluation based on the electrical measurement and oriented to time course, and also do some in-depth exploratory research on it.First, on the basis of the concept of station, the definitions of generalized power network and station-cut-set are extended, which make the relationship between stations and transmission lines more clearly. With the power network divided according to measurement points, the station topology analysis is realized by using an improved adjacency matrix algorithm, and the station-cut-set matrix and station matrix are established. Combined with the physical meaning of them, the connectivity between transmission lines is determined in level of power network and station, and the equivalent generalized network is constructed, which are the foundation of power network performance evaluation.Secondly, station performance is divided into structural performance and operating performance according to the different oriented objects. And combined with the relationship between them, the selected target of performance indexes is proposed based on electrical measurement. For the station topology of multi-port equivalent network and volt-amperes characteristics, the admittance module index, impedance module index and resistive index are derived by scalar conversion from the perspective of measurement types. What's more, the pinning rules between different performance indexes and the impact of external conditions are discussed. All of them lay a theoretical foundation to station operating performance evaluation.Again, according to the randomness of performance indexes, the discrete electrical measurement is regarded to time series stochastic process, based on which the concept of day cycle time series is proposed. Then, the probability law of performance index is analyzed in three aspects. The first on is the day cycle absolute regularity analysis, which provides the concept and significance of rolling mean and variance and demonstrates day cycle time series approximately submits to Gaussian distribution characteristics. The second one is the relative difference regularity analysis, which uses the stationary of difference time series to remove the bad data. And the last one is the regular incremental regularity analysis, which discusses the relations between long-term and short-term trend. By summarizing the rules, the specific algorithm is proposed, which is proofed validly using the 110kV substation in Shandong power network. Finally, based on the summary of this paper's theoretical results and combined with the other members of the task force's research, the framework about "Power Network Operating Performance Evaluation System" is built, which expounds the specific algorithm processes of each module in the power network operating performance evaluation platform in detail and realizes the organic combination of theoretical research and practice.
