Research On Performance Evaluation Of Asphalt Mixing Plant

Asphalt mixing plant is key equipment to the mechanized construction of asphalt pavement and its performance directly determines the mixing quality and efficiency of asphalt mixture. Carrying out research on performance evaluation of asphalt mixing plant plays an important role in correctly understanding the level of technical performance from the quantitative and rational perspective. Directed against batch forced asphalt mixing plant which is widely used in China, the performance evaluation was studied.Based on the analysis of the performance and characteristics of mixing equipment, as well as on the characteristics of different evaluation methods, the paper put forward the method of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to carry out the performance evaluation of asphalt mixing plant. As to the problem of expert's subjective evaluation of random and inconsistency of the evaluation existed in this method, it also adopted reasonable measures to ensure that the scientificity and accuracy of the evaluation results.In accordance with relevant national standards, industry standards and asphalt mixing plant performance characteristics, combined with the investigation of the experts, the asphalt mixing plant performance evaluation index system with two-level hierarchical structure was constructed. On this basis, using eigenvector method and expert's investigation, the weight of every index in the evaluation index system was determined.Finally, based on the evaluation index system and the weight of index, performance evaluation of 4000 asphalt mixing plant made by different enterprises both at home and abroad was carried out according to indicators of satisfaction index. Through the analysis of the evaluation results, the evaluation model and method has a certain degree of practicality and feasibility.
