For the current demand of the domestic automobile manufacturers, the paper presents a kind of fatigue test system of a vehicle parking brake handle assembly.Firstly, the structure and working principle of parking brake handle assembly are analyzed, and the overall program is determined, according to the parking brake handle assembly test outline project evaluation criteria. Secondly, the finite element fatigue analysis of the main load bearing device operating handle is done. Lastly, the mechanical structure and test system are designed in detail. The mechanical structure mainly contains the design of the test host and loading system. Among them, the loading system adopts aerodynamic method,which can be divided into three parts, button load, vertical load on the operating handle, and the rod set.It accurately simulate the usage condition. The test system adopts graphical programming language Laview and realizes data acquistion and the design of human-machine interface.
